The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s servers: cyberFolks.pl.

  • Time of response,
  • The client’s station name – identified through the HTTP protocol,

You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you in order to provide services under a concluded contract and for direct marketing purposes by the Controller.
Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
The Website may store information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
The Website may, in some cases, store information facilitating the linkage of data in the form to the user’s email address completing the form. In such a case, the user’s email address will appear inside the URL of the page containing the form.
Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the form’s function, e.g., to handle a service request or a business contact, registration of services, etc. The context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transmit personal data to this service operator, only anonymized information. The service uses cookies stored on the user’s device. Users can review and modify information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.

The Operator uses remarketing techniques to match advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the site, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data is being used to track them. However, no personal data is transmitted to advertising operators. The use of cookies is required for these actions.

The Operator uses the Facebook pixel technology. This means that Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) knows that a registered user of its platform is using the Website. The Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to Facebook. This service is based on cookies stored on the user’s device.

The Operator uses solutions to analyze user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the Website.
